La décoration de l'appartement est vraiment vintage (rideaux plus que passés, papier peint ayant vécu, moquette élimée dans le salon). Il ne faudrait pas un grand investissement pour que l'appartement soit parfait. Cela donnerait moins l'impression de payer plein pot pour cet appartement qui doit être rentabilisé depuis bien longtemps. La situation dans le village est idéale, l'arrêt de bus un vrai plus, et la vue parfaite.
